Tradewinds Caravans is the fifth game in the popular strategy trading game by Sandlot Games, coming out soon. The game is currently in beta with focus group testing of the game by those who have signed up to test their games. You can visit the Sandlot Games forum to learn more about Silk Road Legends and to join the focus group as well for tests of Sandlot’s future games. Some testers have described the game as chocolatier with combat, which isn’t far from the truth. The original Tradewinds was the clear inspiration behind PlayFirst’s Chocolatier. As the games become more sophisticated they are going back and forth by adding new game play mechanics and borrowing styles from similar games.
